On Friday, August 20, Michael returned to his hometown to wrap up his sold-out 12-date Canadian concert tour in support of the triple platinum album, Crazy Love. Over the course of three weeks Michael has played in front of more than 150,000 Canadian fans garnering rave reviews from critics and fans alike. “But what he did — and always does — best, is sing as if his life depended on it.” – Toronto Star

“That Michael Bublé can make the cavernous Saddledome feel like an intimate venue is a testament to his talents as a performer.” – Calgary Sun

During the first of two triumphant hometown concerts at Rogers Arena, Michael stopped his set to announce to the crowd that all profits from that night’s show were going to be donated to the campaign to build a new B.C. Children’s Hospital. Michael has long been a supporter of the work done by the staff at the B.C. Children’s Hospital and, as an ambassador of the campaign, has met with children and their families on numerous occasions.

“They are really inspirational people and the doctors and nurses who care for them are amazing,” says Bublé. “But, when you’re in the hospital, you can really understand the need for a new building.”
Following the Vancouver shows, the Crazy Love Tour heads back to the U.S. for dates in California and finally winding down this leg of the North American tour at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada. Michael then heads back to Los Angeles where he’ll shoot the video for his newest single “Hollywood.” Co-written by Michael Bublé and Toronto-based songwriter Robert Scott, “Hollywood” was produced by Bob Rock and will be available later this Fall on a special edition of the Crazy Love album. More details of the release of the single and album will be announced in the future.
